Last updated 3 September 2026. This page explains what this website collects, what the practice does with information you give us, and what we do not do.
The short version
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and makes no requests to third-party services. Nothing about your visit is shared with anybody. The only information we hold is what you choose to send us.
What the website collects
Browsing this site collects nothing. There are no advertising or analytics cookies, no tracking pixels, no social media widgets, and no embedded fonts, maps or scripts loaded from other companies. Every file the site serves comes from our own server.
Our web host keeps standard server logs, which record IP addresses and the pages requested, as almost every website does. These exist for security and troubleshooting and are not used to build any profile of you.
The contact form
If you use the contact form, it collects three things:
- Your name, so we know who is writing
- Your email address, so we can reply
- Your message
That message is emailed to the practice. It is not stored in a database on this website, not added to a mailing list, and not passed to anybody else. We use it to answer you and to arrange an appointment, and nothing more.
Please do not include medical details in the form. Email is not a secure channel. If something needs discussing, say so briefly and we will call you, or ring 978.524.4888 directly.
The form uses a hidden field to catch automated spam, and it limits how often messages can be sent from the same connection. That check stores a one-way hash of the IP address for a minute and then discards it.
Appointments and treatment records
If you become a patient, the practice keeps clinical records as a healthcare provider is required to. Those records are held by the practice, not by this website, and are covered by the confidentiality obligations that apply to healthcare in Massachusetts. They are never published, sold or shared for marketing.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or trade your information
- We do not run advertising or retargeting of any kind
- We do not use analytics or heatmap services
- We do not add you to a mailing list without you asking
- We do not embed third-party content that could track you
Your choices
Because we collect so little, there is not much to manage. If you have written to us and would like that correspondence deleted, ask — call 978.524.4888 or use the contact page and we will remove it.
Requests about clinical records are handled separately, since healthcare records are subject to their own retention rules. Speak to the practice directly about those.
Children
This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Any material change would be a change to what we collect, and we would rather not have to make one.
